PORTFOLIO
Art comes in many forms. For some it is still, for others it moves, and for even more it is solely in the written word.
Appreciating Art in all its forms and learning to create in all forms gives us in the communication business an advantage among others. We are able to create the art that appeals to the audience that needs it.
In this portfolio section, you will find creations of the different kinds of art: still, moving, and the flow of words.
As graphic designer for Engage Management, one of the main aspects was creating content to use both on social media and for online/magazine advertisements.
At Verge, when we switched over to another giving program, I created content to go along with the program.
I am a Beatles fan, and created a poster for use in my apartment as decoration. I used the faces of the four and the lyrics to their songs.
This is one page of one of the magazine spreads I designed for a class magazine. I also acted as editor for this in-class magazine.
For this photo for Multimedia Production, I captured a house across the street from the library in Jonesboro. It included a trash can on the side of the house and a power line running through the top of the photo.
This photo is an example for a color adjustment we completed during the first year learning Photoshop. In this assignment I learned how to create other colors and edit what colors of a photograph may be off.
This was the biggest project in my Digital Prepress Workflow class. During this project, we created a movie poster using some elements from a folder and criteria from the professor.
In my Creative Writing class, we wrote stories and poems to read out loud. I've always enjoyed writing, and this class allowed me to write stories and poems.
As a project for my Multimedia Storytelling class, I created multiple videos containing different criteria. These videos are about Tacos4Life, a restaurant I worked at in Conway, AR.
