Still art is visually appealing to the eye and can be used in a plethora of ways. Creating still art is the first step to creating an effective video. This section includes the designs and pictures that I have created during my time in school. They are separated by section and include a description of what the different sections were created for.

For this photo for Multimedia Production, I captured a house across the street from the library in Jonesboro. It included a trash can on the side of the house and a power line running through the top of the photo.
This photo for Multimedia Production is of a bronze statue around town. I adjusted the coloring of it to make it darker and give a different vibe than the original photo.
This photo is of downtown Jonesboro, colored in a black and white fashion. I particularly enjoy this edit of the photo of downtown. It brings you back in time while still being able to enjoy the modernization of the town now.

During our Digital Prepress Workflow class, we created posters using Photoshop. We learned how to use photos inside of words during this project.
This was the biggest project in my Digital Prepress Workflow class. During this project, we created a movie poster using some elements from a folder and criteria from the professor.
This image was created using the Pen tool, learning how to use this tool and copying what was made.

The next class, Digital Prepress Workflow, provided an opportunity to further my skills in the trifecta.

This photo is an example for a color adjustment we completed during the first year learning Photoshop. In this assignment I learned how to create other colors and edit what colors of a photograph may be off.
This photograph was given with odd coloring and our project was to make it look cohesive and like it should.

As a media manager for the Axis Youth Group, I designed a logo to use for all future designs. It is based off of the Verge logo, including an A instead of a V.
During our first time to have a table for the college ministry, I created this flyer to be given out to those who stopped at the table.

For the company that hosts the Transition Expo (located in Springdale, AR), I created a newsletter using relevant headlines and some placement text.
I created this graphic for my SAI sorority sisters and others to use. It inspired our chapter shirt of 2014.

Because learning all of these skills has led to a passion for even designing outside of class, I have created designs for presents for friends and myself. A few of these designs have also been used as applications for potential jobs. Here are those designs!

Through the school, I have been involved with an internship with Critical Edge Technology in town. They have a few sister companies that use the same marketing people for content. This is an example of the content I created as an intern.
In summer of 2015, the pastor of my home church, VUMC, contacted me to give some help with the media content of the church's website and create a logo that is different than the other Methodist Churches. I've also created content to be used on Sunday mornings for sermons.

After graduation, I joined Tacos 4 Life Grill's Marketing team. On this team, I designed content to be used on social media and as in-store content. Here is some of the content I've created in this position.

In Fall of 2017, I began a position as Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer with a property management company called Salter Properties. During my time with this company, I ran the social media pages for all properties, completed a full redesign of the websites, created and updated specific property collateral, planned events, and more. Check out the gallery to view my work for this company.
